| Description: | To coordinate the activities of the advocacy process. Also responsible for initiating customer contact and determine reason for delinquency; evaluates customer's financial situations and negotiates terms of repayment to bring account current. Responsible for skip tracing and research of deliquent accounts. Other duties as assigned. |
| Duties: | 1.Review accounts that have been referred by collections to determine if customer meets qualifications for Advocacy.
2.Call customer and discuss programs available.
3.Reach an agreement with the customer and prepare Modification Agreement / change of Terms.
4.Mail documents and record data on spreadsheet.
5.Receive completed documents and notate RMS.
6.Process payments with completed documentation.
7.Record on spreadsheet.
8.Give documents to Loan Operations for processing.
9.Prepare month-end Advocacy Report for management.

| Qualifications: | •High school diploma or equivalent/Degree preferred
•Detail Oriented
•Written and oral communication skills
•Good organization skills
•Knowledge in MS Excel, and MS Word
•1 year collection experience
