Description:This position is an extension of the Executives themselves, it is paramount that the Executive Assistant be the epitome of cooperation and teamwork while projecting a positive image through tact and diplomacy. Work must be reliable in accuracy and completeness.
Duties:PRIMARY DUTIES:
1.Maintains calendars for executives, coordinating meetings and appointments.
2.Manages all correspondence, incoming and outgoing, including preparing letters, acknowledgements, memos, reports and spreadsheets from notes and oral instructions.
3.Acts as receptionist/gatekeeper for executives in person as well as by telephone. Screens calls as appropriate.
4.Assists with planning, organizing and implementing various bank events, lunches and activities.
5.Handles customer service issues.
6.Organize board, board committee, and shareholder meetings and records thereof.
7.Maintain the “look” of the 22nd floor so that it is clean, neat, and orderly.
8.Manage office supplies and kitchen supplies.
9.Assist executives with any civic endeavors or any other endeavors to minimize their time away from the bank.
10.Coordinate all bank related social events for the executives.
11.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:An advanced level of secretarial/administrative skills. Demonstrates efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Corel and excellent computer usage. Must possess knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Exercises accuracy, courtesy, tact and patience when interacting with all levels of employees and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and a high degree of personal integrity.
